Comfortable bed made for a good sleep.

The noise from the street was unbearable! We were kept up all night by the sounds of bars, laughing, and yelling outside. When we complained at checkout, the front desk staff didn’t seem to care at all.

The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and attentiveness, making for a welcoming atmosphere. My room was impeccably clean and featured comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful stay. The breakfast options were extensive and included seasonal salads, which were quite refreshing. However, the immediate neighborhood felt a bit uneasy with neglected buildings, and the condition of the sidewalks was rather poor. Additionally, the casino could be off-putting for some, as it primarily offered electronic games.

Limited parking is a hassle. It's valet only and can take time to retrieve your car on busy nights. Some rooms have less than ideal views, with noticeable stains on mattress covers. If you're a fan of authentic Latin cuisine, the bar food menu leans more towards American options, which might leave you wanting.

I enjoyed a peaceful solo getaway with two nights in a Premium King Room. The friendly staff ensured a welcoming atmosphere, especially during breakfast, where the buffet selection was fantastic. Just be cautious of in-room snacks costing a premium. Overall, I left relaxed and satisfied!

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We visited the Kid's Museum and the National Museum of Costa Rica, both super close. The renovated facilities, like the brand new casino, really impressed us. Plus, the roundtrip airport shuttle was a lifesaver after our adventures!

However, the WiFi was spotty during our stay which made it difficult to share our experiences online.

I recently stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe King Room, and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge flat screen TV and a cozy seating area that was perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, always welcoming with a smile and ready to help.
